My favourite cookbooks. Not all veg or vegan, but all pretty plant heavy. They are the type of cookbooks you use over and over again.
HETTY MCKINNON
This is the best cookbook I've ever read for veggies and vegans. I could easily just eat these recipes for the rest of my life and never get bored. The recipes are meant to feed a crowd and will last in the fridge. Hetty is a genius.
YOTAM
Not really that simple, probably should be called 'Relatively Simple' but amazing all the same. Yotam is the Freddy Mercury of the greengrocer.
AMY CHAPLIN
This is really a manifesto on how to eat right. Simple and sensible. I love it, and its sequel "Whole Food Cooking Every Day"
BRENDA DAVIS AND VESANTO MELINA
Not a cookbook, but a nutrition guide to help you on your #vegan #journey. Practical and useful and also fascinating if you're a food nerd.
